Nullity of marriage

My hindu sister was married on 3 jun 15 where in she was seen off for her matrimonial house on 05 Jun 15 She had to move out of the matrimonial house due to abnormal circumstances of mibehaviour by the husband. He learnt that many facts regarding the health of the boy were mispresented to her by telling partially with specific timining just prior nidght of marriage. the marriage has not been cosumed physically though. The boy misbehaved, abused and assaulted here on the first day of marriage during the argument when he was asked for cheating on the facts. He said that he was never keen to marry due to his illness of ankyolising spondlitis. he was forced by his parents for the marriage. the parents says that he is haunted so at times he goes aggresive which will be cured soon with the help of any tantrik. The entire family ladies were appreantly aiming at her jwells. owing to the unsafe and cheated environment in this arranged marriage my sister was brought back to our home back. on my police complaint police doesnt take FIR and calls for family counselling. This guys due to learnt facts from my complaint letter obtained from police comes prepared always and performs tricky in writting. Please advise me the best suitable action to get rid of this marital relation and getting the campensation against the 14 Lac ruppes of my expenditure on this marriage.  Should I file for NUllity of marriage or should i go for a divorce or a criminal case against him. and how do i prove these possible charges on him...please advise...

Submit your grievance in www.thehotline.org or give a call to this number. 1-800-799-7233. Be careful while giving your complaint. Otherwise you may face penalty. See this case. The Madurai bench of Madras high court imposed a cost of Rs 5,000 on a woman who was found to be harassing her father-in-law, a government school teacher, and warned people against filing "petty and frivolous cases" under the Domestic Violence Act

1.  File annulment case for annulment of marriage on the ground of fraud.

2. File domestic violence case and ask for damages including the marriage expenses you incurred along with documentary proof.

3.  If you will not fully recover the marriage expenses  in DV case, then file a civil suit for damages.

Marriage hardly 20 days old and U must have spent ton's of money on it.Actually the disease ankyolising spondlitis cannot be hidden from public view because it is chronic and progressive arthritis whcih does not permit the patient even to sit properly.Quite asthonishing.

Other things as suggested by the above experts.
