Tomorrow one of friends wife going to file for null and void. It is only five month. Marriage was not consumed and there were no physical relation between them. Just after marriage he came to different city for work. Now there is no love, understanding, no respetct for each other. My friend also want this. What are the things or paper to be make ready from our side. And what is the risk oh this.

its a case of voidable marriage (sec. 12); not null & void (sec. 11)
marriage has not been consummated owing to the impotence of the respondent can be a ground for voidable marriage = annulment of marriage.
sec. 11 involves obtaining declaration that marriage is void.
