I live in an apartment with people living on the floor above and below my flat. People from the flat above us throw used cigarettes and pan masala packets on my balcony and family who stays on the down floor smokes cigarettes smell and fumes of which come to my rooms. Can I take any legal action against them?

These all common in appartments. Amicably tell them the issues. even they are not realise then complaint to management of association. And find the solution.
