sirs, we are living in an appartment in bangalore. some times our appartment children plays in the corridar. few people very few only complaints against our children that they should not play in the corridar, should not talk loudly, should not laugh loudly etc., few people threatening us that it is public nuisance they can complaint against us and our children.
