nri working in uae can loose his job with 498A

my husband is working in dubai.498A is filed against him. he left me in india after 2 years of marriage. now i stay in India. i want him to come india. if i send FIR copy to embassy, concerned authorities and his employer is there any chance that he will come india or he will loose his job if I send that FIR copy to his employer.
