NPA

I have debit balance in my savings bank account can bank declare it as a NPA and can they send me legal notice? As I am jobless I am unable to maintain the minimum required balance. Kindly help me with the issue.

debit balance is temporary overdraft and you are expected to repay it to avoid troubles.
