Notice period & buyout option

Hi, I am curently working in an IT firm as software developer and my current employer was having a bond of 27 months & now I have completed my bond & my employer is asking me to serve a notice period of 3 months. I am having a good opportunity but the new employer is asking me to join in 1 month. I had a talk with my company and they said you have to serve notice period. I also asked them for buyout option but they say " There is no buyout option for this 3 months notice period, but company may, in its sole discretion, consider it depending on certain situations / circumstances like, you are on bench and company has enough employees of same skills for future client(s)/project(s) there is no dependency of any client(s)/project(s) " This is on their website on my offer letter there is nothing regarding this, its only return "You have to serve a notice period of 3 months" & they have not mention any exit clause. So what should I do?
