Notice period

Hi ,

I am working in an IT company in Bangalore for past 9 month.  Following is the scenario of the situation:

Actually i am working on client side. Now this project has been moved to other vendor. Now my client enforce me to put the resign and join new vendor. My payroll company didn't confirmed officially about this transition. I would not join the new vendor and not put the resign on current company. My company not shared any notice yet.

Whar will happen In this situation 

1) What action my company would take if they don't have any other project ?

2) If they will fire me, will get 2 month adavance salary as per rule ?

Kinldy clear the confusion.

Don't resign.

Record demand of resignation (audio/visual/witnessed/minuted).

The employer can issue order of;Transfer/deputation/termination etc!

 

If client is not employer then it can not.

I am sure company doesn't have any project. So Transfer will not happen. So what about Deputation and Termination ? I don't have knowledge about it. Kindly through some light on it. Which will be good for me ? Would company give adavance salary on these both cases ?

Apparently the company has deputed to this client.

Company can call you back and depute to another client.

In case of termination the company should tender notice pay on date of termination as described in Standing orders.

 

IT compnaies have its own IT/ITeS employee's unions and embraced by trade unions.

Become properly informed.

Show all dcos pertaining to your employment e.g; appointment letter, deputation to client, salary slips etc to a very able counsel specializing in Labor/service matters.

In case of termination the company should tender notice pay on date of termination as described in Standing orders.

The company shall pay in advance or not;Can't be forcasted by us.
