I hope you have a written contract which states notice period and notice pay? If you have, the employer cannot run away from paying salary for the noticd period. Serve a notice on him demanding your notice period salary. If he diesn't cooperate, you can file a civil suit for recovery. If your employer is a Comapny, you can also initiate proceedings for windkng up on accont of unpaid debts of the Company.
