Dear all,
one of my fellow officer in E-7 grade at public sector comapany is harrased by management by not sanctioning leaves even sick leave also made LOP.
officer is having sufficent casual,sick and EL and no department OR head of the department OR conerned departmet is taking the issue seriouly.
unfortunately MD is retired and it takes some time to join new MD.
only chairman is left for complaint but he may not enertain this small issues.
kindly advise to encourge him pls.
