Not interested in property

I would like to mention in writing that I am not interested/will not claim any property that is owned by my mother. I want to give this in writing to my mother/siblings. Can you please let me tell me how to phrase this document and make it valid? I wish to hand over the letter to them personally. Thanks in advance for any help.
