Hi There,
I was working with some software firm as an 'Trainner' for as long as 9 months. They just fired me without prior notice. I was just informed in the morning stating that 'We have decided not to continue with you' and that too one day prior of salary day. It is been more than 20 days i have not got my salary.
So i am seeking help whether i can be able to do any legitimate case against the firm?

Legal is the remedy, but success rate depends uponj the terms mentioned in your appointment letter. Usually Trainner' has no previlege of getting prior notice. Please send copy of your appointment letter.
