Dear Sir,
I am a 57 year old male, had worked in a pvt company over 25 years & recently resigned from it. I have the following queries which you are requested to advice me . The last post held by me was Senior Manager.
1) My company is not paying my Gratuity of 25 years of service.
2) I have approached labour department but they denied saying that as the post which i was holding hence it cannot be considered in labour department.
3) I have my unpaid salary dues for the FY 2020-21 & UNPAID leave encashment & Bonuses.
4) On top of that even though the TDS was deducted for FY 2020-21 by my company but still they are not issuing me FORM 16 without which how can I file my IT return?
I am confused what to be done now & my ex company is not entertaining me to hear my reminders.
What kind o legal actions can be taken both for INCOME TAX purpose for non receipt of form 16 &my pending dues.?
