I was contributing my professional service to a Government owned society on a monthly consultancy fee of 60000/- per month with initial contract of three months ending on June 30th 2013. On June 1st 2013, my contract was renewed by Executive Committee of the society for next six moths .
However , due to personal bias of HR , I was not issued any letter for extension of my service contract contract l which could describe my jobs and salary.The monthly consultancy fee was reduced from 60000/- to 40000/- per monthwithout any reason and written request, while with extension of contract the previous terms and conditions needed to apply for . I received the same for last five months and kept on requesting the senior management but did not get any response.
Please suggest my under which provisions of Indian Iaws, I should file recovery suit ? to which court I shuld file suit?
