non necessary parties

I wanted to know whether under the civil procedure code we can file an application to the court pleading to appoint a receiver or any third party who can be the holder of shares(in this case) till the time the court passes an order on the said suit.

i am a party who has been unnecessaritly tied up in the litigation procedure and only because my shares are  the subject matter of the suit.

whether there are any case laws i can refer to regarding this problem as i wish to out of this litigation and avoid unnecesssary expenditure on my part.
