1)my society is registered.builder is developer,but builder has yet to construct 7th floor through society. but some of the society members had filed a case against a builder,charman,secretary for not constructing 7th floor.but to give noc is in the hand of chairman,secretary. i want to sell flat but the buyer need noc for taking loan. i do not have any dues. but chairman,secretary is not giving noc even i am ready to give undertaking and no allegation against builder and chairman,secretary.
2) how much time registrar takes to issue noc in case society doesn't issues.this is very important since buyer has to take loan from bank and he might cancel my deal.
3) is there any penalty/punishment for chairman,secretary for not issuing noc to the buyer on time.
please suggest.
