Non-intimation of intimation u/s 143(1)

Refund for AY2020-21 credited to my bank account but there was no intimation either through SMS or through mail. Helpdesk number not responding? Any suggestion?

Once you got refund it is indicated that your assessment been completed. any discrepancy or variation in your refund then you can raise the issues to your assessment officer
