I have purchased the resale flat property in 2019, where seller is agreed to transfer the society share certificate in my name. The delayed bank procedure the share certificate transfer did not not completely before sales deed. However, seller agreed to complete the procedure after sales deed. Now he is not reverting to our call and not process the same. What could be my further step? I have requested him to complete procedure and handed over the original share certificate.
