I have two queris
- can a limited company purchase any extent of NA land (converted under 44A)for the purpose of Bonafide industrial use with out permission from collector or DIC in the state of Maharashtra.?
- as per section 63 1(A), company can buy agricultural land upto 10 Ha for the purpose of Bonafide industrial use without prior permission from collector. After getting this 10 ha land converted in NA land under section 44A, can same company more 10 ha land since its land holding of agricultural land is now nil.
