NOC required for 12 Year old property ?

Hello,

I am applying for a home loan in bank.

The flat is 12 years old. Builder's NOC is required for this flat ?

The society is not formed for this building.

also, It is not possible to get the NOC of the builder in my case.

So what I have to do for getting loan from the bank.

Take the true copy of OC from municipal corporation it will do.
