Would appreciate if someone could share NOC FORMAT.
A Particular Property is jointly owned by 4 members, all relatives and In Laws, here One co-owner wants to transfer her share to her daughter, by means of will / Powe of attorney, it was advised that the other three owners have to sign a NOC to accept the POA and initiate the transfer.
If anyone could share the NOC format for such a case, would highly appreciate it. Also Please advice, on what value stamp paper should it be.
