My Parents died with out a Will. They have nominated my Sister in all the Bank Accounts. Now she has without our knowledge approached the bank's and got all the bank account's transfered in her name and refusing to share our Fathers savings with us. How can I proceed legally in this matter.

You may file application for succesion certificat before competant court for the said amount.

AS PER SUPREME COURT JUDGMENTS NOMINEE CAN ONLY TAKE MONEY BUT HE/ SHE HAS TO DISTRIBUTE THAT MOVABLE PROPERTY/ MONEY AMONG THE OTHER LEGAL HEIRS. SO YOU CAN FILE SUIT FOR RECOVERY AGAINST HER IN CIVIL COURT AS NO OPTION IS LEFT OPEN TO YOU NOW.
