No proper judgement

Hi all, in our sale deed it is mentioned as road but between road and our home their is a passage which is meant for us entry and exist and it is told it's a corporation place. But our neighbor had built a home and made all duplicate documents. Now we are not able sale the place nor stay thr. We had put case against him but unfortunately our lawyer was in good terms with him so hearing was favouring to him. Can anyone advise on the same.
