We have a old court case running in Nagpur High court and is due for final hearing. The hearing time and date is not scheduled. Its on the weekly causal list but there is no fixed time that is allocated by court.
Twice I went to attend the matter but court did not take for hearing.
I am staying at remote location and wanted to part of final hearing to make sure that arguments are done correctly by lawyer and I can help him.
Is there any way we can request court to fix the time for hearing so that I should not miss the time when court takes up this matter.
