I have registered a 30*50 site in a BMRDA layout near Sarjapura road in the month of March, 2015, and have started house construction. The builders have not yet provided any amenities including a proper road, electricity or water. My construction will be complete by January 2017, but the builders are totally non-cooperative. Can this case be taken legally? As per the layout owner, it will take atleast a couple of months for a 11KV line near the layout after which only if several members start construction they can arrange for electricity.
Please suggest.
