Hello,
My sister has filed a maintainance case and the notice was sent to her husbands address. However, we have come to know that he has changed his job and is in some other state. We are no aware of his present address. Incase the summons are not received, what are the next steps? Can the summons be issues to his Sisters or any other relatives, with whom he is in contact?

you cannot serve summons on his sister or other relatives.
find out his present address through previous employer and also his present income.
if you do not succeed, engage a private detective, who can find out his present address and income and furnish the details to you. it will be helpful to the court to calculate the maintenance.
