NGR(E) in IPC 500 case: how to obtain certified copies?

What does NRG(E) stand for? A defamation proceedings has been started against me in the court of ACJM, and when I got the plaint, two NGR(E) s were shown as the first two witnesses. But I have no clues regarding them. How to retrieve them, or their certified copies? Please help
