Ngo powers

Hi, Everyone,

I have doubt regarding the powers of an NGO.

Please do explain what an NGO can do I mean what works.

And

Can any institute register with an NGO?

And If such is the case can the NGO provide certification services to such an institute.

Non Govt., Orgnisation. Lot of works can be done thru., NGO.
