Next step after ab in false 498case

fir has been lodged against me and family members in false 498 case one month ago,we r in trails for AB bail from high court,as CI is in their favour ,he is harshing all our relatives in the name of enquiry. as he has submitted charge sheet fully in their favour qouting their family members and relatives as witness.what should we once get the ab from high court.what will be the next due process?how many days it will take time for the court trils once we get AB

498A is a lengthy process.........

Starting with threatens and finally begging for compromise............

Charge sheet will be completely their favour and even though police know what is truth he will not file in such a way.....

Once the charge sheet is finished police part is over and you will get summons........

then Trial........

Once u get bail and take bail for all(AB)...After that if you want you can file RTI to screw Police department else leave it.....

498A take typically 2-3 years time and you should have patience..

Please note that speedy trial is mandatory to file in High Court on priority else this case will drag for life long. Filing speedy trial should be the next step. File it in-person(Without Advocate)
