I live in Hyderabad, recently i saw news(end of March 2011)in most of the newspapers about new Rental Act.
Could someone explain in detail what it is about.
I am a victim of tenant who is giving lot of mental troubles, i don't have any agreement, and he refuses to sign agreement, no receipts. He is planning to start business in residential house.
I want to know if new law can improve faster eviction if i go legally?
