New tenant agreement

I have shifted to new house in Thane with my roommates. Our owners are in USA (same company). We need to get the leave and license agreement But they cannot sign as they are not in Thane.

1) I have a scanned document of the agreement (Rs 100 stamp paper and rest A4 sheets) with the sign of my owners frm USA, But the local lawyers rejected it. Its an emergency can anyone please help , what can we do?

I was told to ask my owners to send a signed copy in courier, is that THE only way? please Help.

you have to get the original copy from USA. Scan copy cannot help you.

I agree with shravan kumar, by DHL courier you can get back within one week.

Even otherwise, what is the urgency. right now you can take possession of the rented house. In the leave and licence agreement you can mention the period of your taking possession and the date when the agreement has been started. It is no problem even the agreement is signed at present date, as the date of possession already mentioned in the agreement.
