New Laws for Bureaucratic Corruption in Agri sector.

Do we need stringent Laws to deal with the Bureaucratic Corruption, lethargy and supine slackness affecting the Farmers in availing Loans from Financial Institutions in developing their Agricultural Produces and Forest Produces? Do you think that Laws must also be enacted to enable the Indian  Farmers to avail loan and subsidy directly from such Financial Institutions without routing through the Bureucratic level? What is the scenario in this Area in other parts of the world?

Sir, you are right I do agree with you.  But our system is fully corrupted, it cannot be easily stopped.  The only  way left is to declare it as legal.

Whatever law you bring it will be violated.  Let me know which is law not violated in our country.
