I've purchased a new flat in hyderabad, where we all the owners have paid the maintenance for two year to the builder. We found issues like lift and bore not working properly, and infomed to builder many times (scince 6months), but he ignored our requests. Legally, when should the owners form an Association? Where should i get registred? What is the formalities should be made? How to take legal action if the problem can't be fixed?
