Hello, I reside in ShreeMukh Kontham Towers, Brahmanwadi, Begumpet., Hyderabad (TG). From the time the association has been formed within few mins. after calling for a meeting, the members prepared the bye-laws and registered the laws the associaton. Also, the association is not sending any meeting invites to us or sending the MOM post the meeting. In short no infor. is being shared with us for the last almost 6 months.In fact we had to go and file an FIR in the Begumpet Police Station as the association asked the Garbage collector to stop picking up garbage from our flat only even tbefore the last day to pay the maintenance, which we actually even paid before the last date.
The association has formed a Whatsapp group and my wife's number who was part of this group was removed without even informing us and when we asked as to why they removed her from the group, they started giving a reason saying that it was created by an individual for his purpose but not for the society but all the important info. is being passed through this group except that we as owners (and of coursse the tenants who get info. from the respective owners) have not been receiving any info. from them.
Also, there are certain services like cleaning up of the floors ground to 7th floor is being done on a daily basis except the cellar as we questioned the association as to why they don't clean it even though we are paying the maintenance (3 months maintenance is collected) as well as no proper lights are provided in the cellar for the same reason that we asked the association. We are told that the association members can decide whatever they could and not provide these services to wherever they feel is not required.
The association member Mr. Kiran who is the treasurer has deliberately asked the Garbage collector to stop picking up the garbage from our apt. and upon the Police Intervention, they have accepted it and have mentioned that they have made a mistake and such mistakes will not be repeated but they are still continuing to deliberating take decisions against us (avoiding of sweeping the cellar, no sufficient lights provided, No meeting invites sent, no MOM and info. about decisions taken etc.)
When the ACT Fibernet people visited our flat today, the security personnel didn't allow them to enter the apartment and when we asked as to why they are not to be allowed, the security personnel told us that the association members had taken a decision against ACT as they have the wires hanging in the buillding but this info. was not brought to our notice.
Even though we have talked, written multiple times in the complaint register about all these issues there seems to be no resolution.
We seek your advise to please let us know how we can proceed further om this regard.
