Need urgent advise

One of my is struggling for Null and Void. We find that in his affidavite paper spelling mistake is there for his fathers name . And in the marriage certificate there is spelling mistake for both of his name as well as fathers name. But copy of document was submitted during registration correctly. Is this a strong point for us. Can we use this.
