Need to file a defamation case against my sister in law and

Hi My Sister in law dragged me in a false 498a case on investigation with local police,police has given a clean chit to me ,now i wish to file a defamation case against her and her families as i have two little child(5 & 8 yrs) & living approx. 500 km from my parental home .Should i file the defamation case against her and her family as well,if yes ,please share me a lawyer address in Mathura Thanks & Regards Lilly Goyal
