Need suggestion for senior citizen

Hello,

To whom it may concern,

I am searching for help!!!!

My father is 75 year old and fighting for his own property, which is captured by tenants and his own son.
He is struggling for this property since13 years, the Indian law is too lazy and flexible, while cases are pending at orders, but Judges are not giving order and pushing the case next to next date and Judges.

Can any one guide me, if there is any mercy or law for senior citizen in India, which may give him quick relief from cases?

For more deltail, please let me know, I will provide that.

Thanks
Kamaljeet

Courts will give priority to the senior citizen cases.

court will not take the consideration even if the case runs for 20 years but show that the building is in dilapidated condition means the building is about to fall in this rainy season and already some part of the building is weak if you can prove that and also the life of the tenants is at danger then the case may be completed in few days
