What do U mean by transferring huge amounts to UR wife's account? U have to catch them red handed or gather more authentic proofs of the adultery.

i have check my wife passbook SBI and found that her boy friend transfering huge amounts to my wife account every month, And i havent cath them red handle

1. Adultery is defined as "Adultery as per section 497 of the IPC  which states that, “Whoever  has s*xual intercourse with a person who is and  whom he  knows or  has reason  to believe  to be  the wife  of another man,  without the  consent or  connivance of  that  man,  such s*xual intercourse  not amounting to the offence of rape, is guilty of the offence  of adultery,  and shall  be punished with imprisonment of either descripttion  for a term which may extend to five years, or with fine, or  with both.  In such case the wife shall not be punishable as an abettor.”"

Then comes proving fact.

Read the above link, proving adultery is not a joke.

And your property and if you doubt any plans of murdering you, give complaint to police that your wife is hatching a plan to murder you along with her lover.

2.  Proving adulterly is very difficult, and if you want divorce best option is take MCD, dont give her a penny as she is fcuking around.

3. If you want you can file for divorce striaghaway, on grounds of adultery etc etc.  Sit with a criminal lawyer and draft your divorce petition properly, once you draft it, cannot make any changes to it.
