Need labaour lawyers consultation and guidance

My husband has been tortured emotionally, professionally and financially by his superiors. He has already escalated the issue from HR to Head of the dept to the Director. Multile meetings and interrogations have been done and he was promised a fair revert months back. However till date even after follow ups no solution has been provided and all his reimbursements etc has been blocked. If there is any labour lawyer who would be kind enough to help us voluntarily with the procedure to take it legal wouls be highly appreciated.

You would need a very able senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in Labor matters and having a successful track record………in Labor Courts/CGIT/ / CAT/HC/SC………………..if your husband is covered by def. of ‘Workman’ as in ID Act……..

If not then recourse might be before Inspectorate if the establishment is covered by the Shops & Estbs Act and if your husband is covered by the def. of ‘Employee’ as in the Act………Here counsel specializing in Labor matters can help you.

If both are ruled out the recourse is thru civil courts…………. You would need a very able senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in Service matters and having a successful track record………in civil courts/ CAT/HC/SC………

Other Perspectives; Check if the matter can be resolved by the intervention of seasoned Employees/Trade Union leaders….. The unions may embrace the affected employee.

If there exist GRC in your state……………and senior officials of Dept. of labor agree to intervene….

Check at Dist. Legal Service Authority for free legal Aid….

Request LOCAL counsels for consultation and help for Free/at discounted fee……………..

You can prepare the list of top  10 and even more counsels, at your location  by asking around, asking employees’/trade union leaders, colleagues, DBA officials, visiting Labor Courts/CGIT/Civil Courts/CAT/HC/SC ………………

The FEE for consultation may be NIL or reasonable...

Apparently your husband is not terminated and employer is unwilling to take any action on Bosses...
