Need information

Hi ,

 

What is meant by "bulk disposal by CIS". current status for one of my case. Also what is meant by "contested-allowed"

We had filed a Dowry harassment case a year back. The charge sheet has been submitted to court. Hearing is not yet started. But when I check the case status it says "bulk disposal by CIS".
