Need help with regular bail proceedings

Folks,

The magistrate has taken cognizance of complaint case U/s 498a, 406 and has ordered for appearance of my parents and I. This case has been filed U/s 200. Apparently, this is a SUMMON case.

On appearance, can judge demand surrendering STRIDHAN for granting regular bail? Or can I be asked to deposit any lumpsum amount? Or is regular bail given without any such condition?

I don't have any of STRIDHAN as she took away all of it with her. How to circumvent such a situation if it arises?

Please help me with your expert comments. Thanks!

If it is summons case, then regular bail should be granted in appearance.

AB has granted from HC in appearance infront of IO. Would it be regular Bail after appearing infront of IO.

AB is valid till the completion of trial. You don't need regular bail. Only you need to fill bail bonds in trial court when the chargesheet is filed.

Once doing this AB will be converted to regular bail?
