Need help to fight with 125

Respected Sir / Mam,

My Name is Amit Kumar from Ghaziabad, I request to you all please help me and guide for fight with 125 & 498a. My wife is staing in Gurgaon so she filed 498a / 125 in Gugaon. 498a /406/323/506/34 FIR done on 10/10/2012 and 125 on 03/03/2013.

But I filed SEC 9 in Gahziabad on 10/04/2012 and she is Ex in same.Now she filed 125 in Gurgaon on 03/03/2013. Please advise can she get maintance ???

Please note : FIR done with 498a /406/323/506/34 IPC ( 406 -usne shadi ka koi saman nahi liya , usne likhkar diya hai ki woh court main case chalne tak saman sasuran main rakhna cahti hai )

Before court case she was looking for money she was not agrre to stay / come with with me. In women cell Gurgaon & Ghaziabad and she was just looking for money suddenly she called me 2-3 times to come back......after FIR / JAIL / BAIL she is thinking to come back .......what should I do ?

FIR, JAIL, BAIL sab hone ke baad woh kya TEL lene aarahi he?

Divorce apply kyon nahi ki ab tak?

She might file a DV also, so apply for divorce now., if you dont want to take her back.

But male got only one weapon

DIVORCE PETITION.

She file complaint in PS, file 498a, file DV, file maintenance application... You file divorce. as simple as that!

But filing divorce without any concrete proof is difficult...rcr will show tat u wanna rake her back show ur good intention.......then when whe files 498..rcr gets u bail in a single day probabky showingcyr gd intention......theb file divorce for cruely and harradment.is wat my lawyr dugested day nt know hos far is thos right
