hi,sir pls help me and advice me.we renovate our house in our land(in rajasthan) and leave three window in house,near land owner have objection on that even there is no house near by he build a wall near our hose and the window get closed and he also made a hole near by our house and put water inside the hole and weeker our building.now what we can do pls advice we leave three window for my mother b'coz she having heart problem so pls advice

you can file injuction case and send notice without informing to the near house owner. take immediatly steps agains them,

First, u built your house as per plan pass copy. First, U check a plan pass copy if u constructe as per plan and put window as per plan u file a suit against your neighbour.
