Hi,
My father and brother shared a plot, where we have a 2 floor construction. As per my grand father registry,
1) My father own complete ground floor whereas my brother own, complete first fllor.
2) The second floor is divided equally between father and brother.
3) The uncontructed land is divided equally between 2.
Now my father and brother want to divide the complete plot in two equal parts, so that complete left half belongs to Him whereas right half belongs to other.
Can you please suggest, how this can be achieved with best possible solution.
