Dear sir,
please help:
Wife filled false FIR 307,498a 506,504,dv 3/4 against my family (2 married sister leaving other city, mother, father, brother) But after investigation by IO 307, 504 found false only on the basis of wife side allegations 498a,323 &3/4 charge sheet submitted, my question is that what action should be taken if 307 found false in perjury against them and on the basis of false and fabricated situation of 307 whole FIR or chargesheet be quashed or not.
