I had worked in Software Company having 12 years software experience date of employment Monday, June 05th 2017(5 months) and last date of employment 6-11-2017
Query: Since company had not given releasing letter, experience letter and full and final settlement, no employer had given me job.So I am still employee of Company. So can I file case against company in labour court or labour commissioner that it should pay me salary until they provide the all documents
