Need help

Sir, My wife had put a false 498a case against me and my family members, including my old parents, Its now 2 years passed, chargesheet is not yet filed. Resently I filed a case of restution of congual righs, Girl is not ready to come back and they are demanding compensiation of 25 lakhs for taking back the 498a case. I work for IT company and also own a property which was bought prior to our marriage. Kindly Help and give me appropiate advice. Thanks - Naresh contact 9322193907

Just to add that My wife is working at a managerial position in HDFC bank

she dont have any right on the property and as she is working she couldnt file maintenance. The 498a case cannot be compounded unless trial takes place so the money they are asking cant be taken legally but its sort of consideration they are asking to close the cases so its not a cmpulsion to pay.

Also the RCR case that i put against her , what are the possible outcomes and in what duration?

Also can the court ask for maintainance from my side...

That Girl had stolrn my parents jewellery, can i do anything about that?

Girl's mom told that I was raping her daughter, which is totally false...Can I do anything about that?

RCR is a waste of a case, which you have put.

Tell me one thing, why you want to bring such a woman back?

You want divorce, so should have filed for divorce.

Compensation and other things would be decided by the courts. And if she is working at such a good position, I doubt if trhe matter is decided on merits, she would get anything substantial.
