Need help !

HELLO SIR,

this s sasikumar.25yrs old,religion-hindu ,actually i did register marriage under special marriage act in 2009 ,because my wife is a muslim.then my parents did hindu style of marriage in 2010.but we were live as such like am as a hindu then my wife as a muslim ,we both of us follow their own tradition.

but now my wife family  did nikah for us last month.i signed the nikah register too.

now what they said is i want to change my name as in islamic form like shareef.

and they said like i suppose to sign in the annexure"E" for name change to publishing in the news paper.

is there any link between the ANNEXURE "E" and the "GASAT"

because i dont want to change my name (sasikumar ) as (shareef )in my degree certificates and my related documents.

if i sign in the annexure "E" and published in the newspaper, can  i use my old name as sasikumar in my certificates and all ..

please help me sir.. thank you..

1. SMA Registered Marriage and Certificate from registrars office itself is enough proof of a valid marriage of parties for any present and all future practical purposes in connection with marriage.
2. After SMA Marriage registration if one party goes ahead and follows its religious marriage traditions then it is but natural other party will always press to follow their side of personal marriage laws too showcausing to their society. In Hindu marriages in instance facts it is not necessary for the bride to have changed her name but in Muslim personal Law they insist being their religious sentiments (it is also not necessary but then the orthodox nature is such that one insists for name change) and that is what is now become bone of contention in this brief.
3. Moving on to Annexure E it is not necessary to sign and get the same Gazette Notified as once it is published you have to change all our public documents now to adopted Muslim name and cannot use previous Hindu name for any official purposes which all becomes quite cumbersome an act for one party, hence politely refuse them citing lengthy changeover of all your personal public documents starting from Class Xth. to till date, driving license, passport, ration card, LPG Gas connection to Election card to State tel. connection to Visa if already granted etc. and these require huge running around here and there with dozens of  Affidavit filing with various Public Authorities.

See if polite talk with above reasoning helps and moreover each party had their religious laws now followed so what more orthodox parent of one side are forcing for!

hello sir,

thank you so much for ur reply..

i have one more doubt to clarify with you sir,

annexure "E" and the gazette are the same one?

if not ,if i sign in the annexure "E" for the publication..after that publish, can i use my old name as sasikumar for further documents, degree certificates..etc..

if suppose after name change,is there any reconversion option, back to hindu religion from muslim and the name change from shareef to sasikumar.and proceed it as like now in the certificates.(sasikumar).

because i hardly hate the name change from sasikumar to shareef ..but i like to follow their tradition.

my wife family force me to put sign in the annexure "E" to change my name as shareef, thats y..

and one more question sir..i want to put common name for my child and get the comunity certificate as NATIONALITY INDIAN,and caste as NIL.   is there any possible to get the community certificate like this ,by producing the special marriage act certificate IN FUTURE?

what i already told you like we did SMA marriage, hindu marriage sytle, nikah too..but we  wont like to change our name .. what should be the solution for this..

PLEASE HELP ME OUT SIR..

Re-read again and again the reply that I gave you above.

[BTW by repeating same query using interchangeable words/phrases from English language does not change the meaning of original query and it is obvious the reply will still remain the same!]
