Need guidance for getting patta for porambokku land

Good day sir, I having land for 30 cent in the name of my mother . for that I'm having B memo also... And also I filed case in the court because of unauthorized person try to capture that area finally I won in that ... And court issued this belongs to my mother...with this document I want to get patta for that legally ..can anyone please guide me how to get ?
