Is there any law to save a girl from marriage against her will.

The girl can refuge herself to marry against her will, and in this regard she can file police complaint , it is also a violation of her rights .

I am owner of pagadi system building,my tenant is not stayin in his room since past 1 yr..but hevis paying me rent of room.they not selling the room n not giving me it back also.they demanding lot of money.what should i do..?
